Refund policy

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item was delivered

  • Hygiene-sensitive items like breastfeeding accessories, postpartum underwear, or opened baby care products are non-returnable unless there’s a quality issue

To initiate a return, please email us at nununestorg@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup or ask you to send it back.

💰 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the product.

  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

  • In some cases, we may offer you a store credit or replacement instead of a refund, based on product category.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are not eligible for return/refund unless defective:

  • Opened baby creams, oils, and hygiene products

  • Postpartum underwear and nursing bras

  • Breast pumps and personal care items

📦 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by emailing us at nununestorg@gmail.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible
